Challenge
R. Rex Parris, a successful attorney in Lancaster, CA, hired E & A to run his campaign for Mayor of Lancaster. Running as an outsider who would clean up city government, Parris was opposed by the existing power structure.

Solution
Using an aggressive grassroots campaign of mail, television, phone calls, and an army of college student volunteers knocking on doors, E & A transformed a virtual unknown into a formidable mayoral candidate.
